• Gathering and defining business requirements
• Creation of business cases and supporting options analysis
• Provides guidance to stakeholders on devising effective and efficient approaches to achieve the project objectives
• Analyses and creates AS-IS and TO-BE business process maps
• Identifies efficiency opportunities in business processes
• Works with the project manager to report on status and issues
